Gordon Smith guitars are proudly handmade in the UK and built for real players. Known for their hand-wound pickups, rock-solid craftsmanship, and stripped-back style, they’ve been a go-to for working musicians since 1974.

The Gordon Smith Blaggard is a stripped-back powerhouse with attitude to spare. With its vintage burst finish, single Higham Honk humbucker and no-nonsense setup, this hand-built UK-made guitar delivers nothing but pure, unfiltered tone. Lightweight, resonant, and beautifully aged right out of the case — this is Gordon Smith’s most unapologetically rock ‘n’ roll machine.

The Gordon Smith Gatsby brings offset style and UK-built quality together in one seriously capable package. Lightweight and perfectly balanced, this Tenby Stone stunner is fitted with a roasted maple neck, brass nut and a matched set of chrome-covered P90s for punch, clarity and attitude. Built by hand in the UK and set up here at The Woodshed — the Gatsby is ready for anything.

The Griffin Flip takes Gordon Smith’s handmade ethos and turns it on its head — literally. With its reversed body and headstock, this Tobacco Burst beauty is built for standout stage presence and serious tone. A pair of nickel-covered mini humbuckers deliver punch and clarity, while the slim profile and lightweight obeche body keep things feeling effortless. Made in the UK and ready to roll.

We’re tucked away in the Warwickshire countryside, just outside Coventry, in a relaxed, informal space that’s all about guitars. It’s the kind of place you can lose a few hours in, whether you’re trying out your next instrument or just stopping by for a chat.
