Online Purchase Return Policy for Pre-Loved Guitars:
Transparency and Trust: We pledge comprehensive transparency in representing our pre-loved guitars. Each listing is accompanied by detailed descriptions and high-resolution images to offer a clear, accurate depiction of the guitar’s current condition, including any signs of wear or unique characteristics.
Included Items: We clearly list all items included in your purchase (such as cases, certificates, additional paperwork, tremolo arms, and special extras) within the product description or visually in the accompanying photographs.
Online Purchase Returns: This policy is exclusively for pre-loved guitars bought through our online platform. Guitars that have been personally inspected and picked up at our facility are not eligible for return, emphasizing the importance of the online purchase distinction.
Damage During Shipping: Should your guitar suffer any damage in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We request that the guitar be returned using a secure, traceable shipping service, in its original packaging. A refund will be processed upon the item's return, minus any applicable customs duties or taxes for international purchases.
Change of Heart: We understand that sometimes, a guitar may not meet your expectations in person as it did online. For these situations, we offer the possibility to return the guitar within 14 days from the delivery date, provided it is in the same condition as when it was sent out. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.
Return Conditions: We reserve the right to assess the guitar upon return and refuse a refund or apply a deduction if:
- The guitar shows signs of additional wear, damage, or alteration during the period it was with you or during return shipment.
- The instrument has been modified or tampered with in any way.
- Any parts, accessories, or original packaging included in the sale are missing upon the guitar’s return.
- The return process was initiated without prior notification to our team.
Refund Process: For outright purchases, refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If the guitar was part of a trade-in deal, we offer an exchange for another guitar from our current inventory, ensuring you find the right match.
Finality of Trade-Ins: Transactions involving trade-ins or part-exchanges are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for guitars that have been traded in or sold to us.
