An early-’70s Gibson ES-335TD in Sunburst, dated to 1970–72, with block fingerboard inlays, twin covered humbuckers and a retrofitted Bigsby vibrato. It has the familiar double-cutaway shape and plenty of honest vintage character.

The finish still presents well for a guitar over 50 years old, with the small knocks, scratches and worn hardware that come with a long playing life. There is an apparent touch-up patch on the rear upper bout and wear around one of the block inlays, both shown in the photographs and detailed in the Condition section.

The Bigsby is a non-original addition. Supplied with a non-original hardcase with red plush lining.

Good vintage condition overall. There are surface scratches, small knocks and finish chips across the front and back, plus a noticeable dark, irregular patch on the rear upper bout that appears to be a touch-up.

The back of the neck has scratches, indentations and general finish wear. There is visible playing wear and apparent deterioration or damage around one pearloid block inlay. The pickup covers, bridge and Bigsby show age-related tarnishing and scratches.

There is finish wear around the headstock edges, particularly along the top. No obvious break is visible in the photographs, but previous repairs cannot be ruled out from photographs alone. The Bigsby is a non-original retrofit. Please study the close-ups for the cosmetic condition.
