A proper player’s Strat with a story to tell. This USA-made 1983 two-knob Stratocaster was previously owned by Brian Tatler of Diamond Head and Saxon, and comes with his flight case, the original receipt and a photograph of him playing it.
The sunburst finish, maple fingerboard and distinctive two-knob layout give this one plenty of early-’80s character. At 7lb 8oz it is a comfortable weight, and it plays great with plenty of life left in the frets.
It has the small dings and surface swirls you would expect from a gigged guitar, but nothing major. A lovely chance to pick up a vintage USA Strat with some real playing history behind it.
