A limited 1996 Fender American Standard Stratocaster produced to mark Fender’s 50th anniversary, finished in sunburst and fitted with commemorative gold-coloured hardware and an anniversary neck plate. Numbered S1186 of 2,500, it offers the familiar feel and versatility of an American Standard with a distinctive anniversary specification.
This is a well-used player’s guitar rather than a case queen, with tarnishing across the gold-coloured hardware clearly shown in the photographs. It has been checked and set up here at The Woodshed. No case is included, although we can supply a suitable non-original case on request.
