A beautifully presented 2008 Santa Cruz Guitar Company Tony Rice D dreadnought, handcrafted in Santa Cruz, California. Built around the classic 14-fret dreadnought format, this instrument pairs a spruce soundboard with rosewood back and sides for the depth, clarity and authority expected from a high-end traditional acoustic.
The mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and ebony bridge complete a refined specification, with Waverly open-gear tuners providing a suitably premium finishing touch. Despite being approximately 18 years old, the guitar remains notably clean, particularly across the rosewood back and sides, neck and headstock.
