An unusually specified 2014 Gibson SG Futura in the striking Plum Insane Fade finish. Built around the lightweight mahogany SG body, it pairs a slim-profile maple neck and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with Gibson’s Min-ETune automatic tuning system. The pickup layout combines a P-90H Sidewinder humbucker at the neck with a BurstBucker 3 at the bridge, while push-pull coil splits and a switchable 15dB boost provide a wide range of sounds from articulate cleans to aggressive rock tones. A 120th Anniversary inlay at the 12th fret marks Gibson’s 2014 model year.
This preloved example has had one previous owner and has barely been played. It remains exceptionally clean, with one tiny paint imperfection that is barely noticeable and clearly shown in the photographs. Supplied with the fitted Gibson hardshell case pictured.
