This is a 2025 Epiphone ES-345 in Tri-Burst — and yes, it has the full 345 treatment, including the Varitone circuit.
The ES-345 sits a step above the 335 spec, with multi-ply binding, split parallelogram inlays and that stunning Tri-Burst finish over laminated maple. It looks properly classy.
Tonally, this one is incredibly versatile. You’ve got the warmth and resonance of a semi-hollow body with a maple centre block for focus and feedback resistance. The Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers deliver clarity, punch and smooth sustain — but the magic is in the 6-position Varitone switch, which gives you multiple tonal contours by filtering different frequency ranges.
From full-bodied humbucker warmth to thinner, more cutting tones that sit brilliantly in a mix, the Varitone adds genuine usable versatility rather than gimmick options. It makes this guitar far more adaptable than a standard ES-335 style layout.
Unplugged it’s lively and resonant. Plugged in, it covers blues, soul, classic rock, indie and jazz without breaking a sweat.
Condition is excellent, with only very light signs of use. It presents beautifully and plays exactly as it should.
