A brilliant late-’80s USA Fender Stratocaster with a little extra versatility under the bonnet.
Made in 1989 and finished in classic three-colour Sunburst, this American Standard has the familiar alder body, one-piece maple neck and modern two-point tremolo that made these guitars such dependable working instruments. This example has been modified with a mid-boost circuit and TBX tone control, giving it a broader range than a standard Strat while retaining the clear, responsive character of its three single-coil pickups.
It is in great preloved condition, comes with a fitted hard case and weighs approximately 8 lb 2 oz. It has been fully checked over and set up in-house, ready to play.
