Here’s a cracking 2013 Fender Mexican Standard Telecaster in a lovely Lake Placid Blue Metallic finish — upgraded with a killer set of Fender Texas Special Custom Shop pickups, giving it all the bite, punch and sparkle you could ever want from a Tele.
 
This one has definitely been played and loved, with a handful of chips, dings and surface marks shown clearly in the photos. Nothing structural, nothing ugly — just honest playwear. Still a seriously shiny, great-looking guitar.
 
Fully set up and serviced here at The Woodshed, it plays spot-on and sounds absolutely ace. At 7.71lb, it’s a comfy, gig-friendly weight too, a very good workhorse!

  • This Tele has been played and carries a handful of blemishes — small chips along the edges, a couple of dings, and some minor scratches on the body. All cosmetic and clearly shown in the images. No cracks, breaks or repairs.

    Hardware is clean and shiny, electrics are spot-on, and it’s had a full setup and service here at The Woodshed. Plays brilliantly and sounds beautifully.
