Here we’ve got a Fender Road Worn ’72 Telecaster Deluxe — one of the most characterful, vibey models Fender ever put out. This one absolutely nails that vintage look and feel, with all the mojo of a well-loved classic straight out of the case.
It’s fitted with a pair of Fender Wide Range humbuckers for that unmistakable Tele Deluxe growl — punchy, full, and clear, with loads of tonal versatility through the dual volume and tone controls. The road worn nitro finish feels great in the hands and looks killer under the lights, giving this guitar all the cool of a genuine ‘70s workhorse without the price tag or fragility.
It’s in excellent playing condition, fully set up here at The Woodshed and sounding amazing. The relic work from the factory is spot on, and the playability is as good as any modern Telecaster we’ve had through the shop.
