A fantastic find from the golden-era of MIJ Fenders — this 1986 Fender Telecaster is an absolute beauty. Built during a period known for exceptional craftsmanship, it’s got all that vintage feel, tight build quality, and a lively, resonant tone that only comes with age.
For a near 40-year-old guitar, it’s in amazing condition. The only noticeable ageing is some lacquer wear along the fretboard and a couple of very small dings in the paint on the body, which is totally normal (and frankly, pretty cool) for something from this era. It plays brilliantly — smooth neck, great fretwork, and that classic Tele spank.
Comes with a Fender hardcase, making this a lovely, complete package.

Amazingly clean for its age. Some lacquer wear on the fretboard from natural playing and a couple of very small dings in the paint on the body— exactly what you'd expect from an instrument this age. No major dings or damage, hardware is tidy, and everything works just as it should. A very well-preserved MIJ tele with tons of character.
