This is a proper player’s vintage Les Paul. A 1973 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe that’s had some honest work done over the years, resulting in a guitar that sounds and plays exceptionally well. It’s been refinished and refretted, and rewired at some point, but it retains its original CTS pots dated to 1973. The serial number is no longer readable, though the pot codes and specs clearly place it in that year. The original pickguard is also missing although the screws are still present in the case.
What you get here is a lightweight, resonant Deluxe with bags of character, great balance, and a feel that only a well-played-in vintage Gibson delivers. No breaks or repairs to the neck or headstock, just a very cool, very usable vintage Les Paul with it's original 'chainsaw' hardcase that’s ready to be played, not babied.
