A great example of a no-nonsense British-made guitar with plenty of character. This left-handed Gordon Smith Graduate is finished in a matt black nitro finish and has aged naturally, showing lacquer checking and some blistering in the paint, which gives it a really cool, lived-in vibe.
Despite the cosmetic ageing, it’s in good overall condition and plays extremely well. There’s hardly any fret wear at all, the neck feels comfortable and familiar, and it delivers the punchy, direct tone Gordon Smith guitars are known for. A cracking player’s guitar with bags of character rather than a pristine showpiece.
