A great example of the earlier Electromatic Pro Jet, combining classic Gretsch styling with a solid, substantial single-cut feel.
The G5235T features a chambered mahogany body with an arched maple top, set mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. A pair of Gretsch mini-humbuckers give it plenty of character, with a straightforward master volume and master tone setup, while the licensed Bigsby B50 adds that unmistakable Gretsch wobble.
Finished in gloss black with multi-ply body and neck binding, pearloid pickguard, thumbnail fingerboard inlays and chrome hardware, it's a very cool-looking Jet and quite different from the current Electromatic models.
