This Martin D-10E Mahogany is a brilliant, no-nonsense dreadnought that delivers exactly what you’d expect from a Martin — big, warm tone and effortless playability.
Part of Martin’s Road Series, the D-10E keeps things simple but effective, pairing a solid spruce top with solid sapele back and sides to give a rich, balanced sound with plenty of projection. It’s got that classic dreadnought low-end, clear mids and a smooth top end that works beautifully for both strumming and fingerstyle.
This one has clearly been loved and played, and it shows in all the right ways — it’s open, responsive and sounds fantastic. A really great example of a guitar that’s been played in nicely.
Overall it presents well and remains a great, reliable instrument with that unmistakable Martin character.
